At Citadel Law, Phil specialises in caseload evaluation and assessment of risks. Identifying issues that need to be addressed in order to provide the best outcome to the client and maximise any financial benefit to the firm. Assessing cases to ensure effective processes used, and good progression of cases by way of effective case management and supervision, to ensure the best possible result for the client and commerciality of the case for the firm.
Since April 2014 Phil has been carrying out post LASPO reviews analysing data post 1 April 2014 on the impact in low value RTA, EL, PL and OL caseloads. Looking specifically at quality of business leads, conversion rates, risk assessment, Mitchell and Denton consequences, WIP lock up days and profit, this role has been vital to clients, advising on the emerging business models that will be successful post LASPO.
